Title IX Update

On January 9th, a federal district court in Kentucky issued a ruling striking down the 2024 Title IX Regulations.

We want you to know that our team of subject matter experts, legal editors, and product developers is actively reviewing the information about this new ruling, and we will quickly determine what adjustments will be made to our training catalog. Vector Solutions is committed to providing you with updated courses that reflect these compliance-related changes.

We encourage you to consult legal counsel for immediate guidance on questions about the ruling. We hosted a webinar with a Title IX expert, Megan C. Farrell, in January to address the ruling.
